Getting Started

Getting started

  1. Please visit https://www.teleport.asia/en/my and sign up as a customer. A sales rep will get in touch with you in a few days to understand your business requirement and how we may serve your business needs.
  2. Please complete the user and organization sign up process at Sandbox Environment.
  3. Once you have completed the signup, inform your sales rep of the username and organization name you have created. Your sales rep will then get your staging account approved.
  4. An automated email will be sent to the email once the account is approved.

Standards
In order to ensure maximum interoperability with other systems, we use international standard codes, formats, and protocols whenever possible. For more information:

Go-live details

  1. For Live Account - Please sign up as a user account at https://teleport.delivery/organization-sign-up
  2. Register a business profile
  3. We will notify you by email when your account is approved.

To Note:

  1. Customer Reference 1 and Customer Reference 2 at order level can be used to provide order level information such as Order Number or Invoice Number
  2. Customer Reference 1 and Customer Reference 2 at order Item level can be used to provide Item level information such as Item SKU or Item type - shower gel and brand name - Dove , this information will be used to do custom clearance
  3. The request/response schema documented in this document is a subset of the actual request/response payload. Client applications must not rely on the presence of undocumented fields. We may add, rename, or remove undocumented fields at any time without any prior notice.
